The intended audience will be those employees preparing for entry level management roles or beginning to serve as informal team leaders. Contractors may be required to provide copies of courses and supportive materials on CD-Rom, 3 1/2" disk, or 1/2" VHS Video Tape for a two month evaluation process. The term of the contract shall be from the date of contract award through twelve months with four one year optional periods. See Note 1.
