The contractor is required to provide fuel storage services for JP-8 fuel for aircraft operations. The tank shall be at minimum 200,000 gallon. The contractor will retain all ownership to the tank system to include maintenance, repair and compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations. The tank shall be maintatined in a condition that does not negatively impact the quality of the stored fuel or loading/off loading operations. The tank must be located within ten (10) driving miles of the Harrisburg International Airport and must be available for the start of use as of 1 October 1997. Estimated project range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually. Solicitations will be available o/a 17 July 1997.
