The contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and all services and facilities necessary to construct a USPS owned facility of 3,953 square feet on a 94,079 square feet site at Willow, Alaska, including all incidental work described in the contract documents. Estimated construction cost estimate is $700,000 to $850,000. Period of performance is 360 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Evaluation criteria to be used in determining the award are: Past performance for similar complex work, price, references and financial stability. Successful offeror must provide Performance and Payment Bonds. A 20% Proposal Guarantee Bond will be required with submittal.
