This work includes provision of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision for the demolition of the existing Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, construction of a new 2-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters and construction of miscellaneous support facilities. The new Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Building includes a 36 unit, 2600 sq m masonry veneer and steel frame structure, concrete retaining wall, cedar shingle siding and asphalt shingle roof. The building is cut into the site at the lower level for a walk-out arrangement to the rear. The work includes, but is not limited to site clearing excavation, preparation and grading for the new building, parking, roadways and incidental related work. The work also includes stone masonry veneer, clad wood windows, wood doors, asphalt shingle roof, spray fire proofing, gypsum board and metal stud walls, interior and exterior finishes, built-in equipment, furnishings, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and electrical systems which will result in a complete and usable facility at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1522. The related Small Business size standard is 17 million. Completion time is 420 days after award. Estimated value is between $2,500,000.00-$5,000,000.00. This Acquisition is unrestricted. Large Businesses are required to submit a subcontractor plan.
