Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary
to construct earth berms, placing earth blanket lining, excavating and
oil containment sump, installing geotextile, repairing subsidence
damage to switchyard surface, constructing membrane lining system at
three switchyards for Davis Dam and three switchyards for the Parker
Dam. Unrestricted solicitation. All responsible bidders will be
considered. Estimated cost of the project is between $250,000 and
$500,000. Period of Performance: All work shall be completed 180 days
after award. Place of Performance: Parker and Davis Substations work is
at two locations: (1) Davis Dam approximately 5 miles north of the town
of Bullhead City located in Mojave County, Arizona, and (2) Parker Dam
approximately 1 mile north of the town of Parker Dam in San Bernardino
