Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, appliances, and supervision encessary for Project VGLZ940069, "Repair Parking Lot and Utilities (Buildings 301/302/350), at Selfridge ANG Base MI. Work to consist of a major reconstruction of a specified section (approximately 11,500 sq yds) of the 927 Air Refueling Wing's parking lot in the area of Buildings 301, 302, and 350. This project includes, but is not limited to remove deteriorated, damaged, or undersized storm and sanitary sewer lines to nearest existing structure outside of construction area or as deemed reasonable. Rebuild manholes and drainage structures, as required. Add additional drainage structures as required to insure proper drainage. Replace all water mains and related appurtenances in area of construction. Replace communication and/or electrical duct (empty or in use), and sleeve any direct burial cable in 4 inch PVC pipe encased in concrete. Coordinate with Public utilities in the construction area to replace/relocate/upgrade/etc. their systems as required. Place new aggregate base for proper construction. Pave area with a minimum of 4 inches of asphaltic concrete pavement. Stripe parking stalls and signage in area. Address all environmental concerns. All work shall be constructed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude of the construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1611.
