equipment, material and supervision necessary to remove and and dispose
of existing single hung window units and replace with vinyl window
units on four residences, located at Lava Beds National Monument,
Siskiyou County, California. Work also includes removal and disposal of
existing siding on same four residences, and replacing with vinyl
siding. Lead-based paint is present on the side-panelling which is to
be removed as part of this contract. Work under this contract resulting
in any disturbance to the lead-based paint coated surfaces shall meet
OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1926.62 and the California Code of Regulations
(CCR) Title 17, Division 1, Chapter 8. Contractor staff performing
lead-related construction work must be certified lead workers as
described in Title 17 CCR. Estimated price range of this project is
between $25,000 and $100,000. Project duration is 40 calendar days. A
limited number of solicitation packages will become available
approximately mid July on a first-come-first serve basis until supply
is exhausted. Contractors will have a 21 day response time for
submission of offers. There will be no charge for the solicitation
package, however only one copy will be furnished to each requesting
party. Planholders list will not be faxed. Interested parties should
request a solicitation package in writing to the Redwood National Park
