Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: remove existing built-up roof systems to include all gravel stops, flashing, gutters, downspouts, etc., on Buildings 4503 and 5000; replace built-up roof systems on Buildings 4503 and 5000 according to NRCA Standards and Air Force Standards; all roof mounted equipment, stacks, vents, and fixtures shall be flashed according to NCRA Standards; and remove/replace deteriorated roof structure (framing & deck) discovered during demolition at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 22 JUL 97. The performance period is approximately 180 calendar days.
