The Navy requires two (2) enviromental temperature chambers. The temperature range must be from -40 degrees celcius to 30 degrees celcius; set point tolerance to control within +/- 1 degree celcius of set point after stabilization; temperature gradients in the chamber work space shall not vary more than +/- 2 degrees celcius in the temperature range of 3.1 when comparing temperatures at any given locations after stabilization; working space inside the chamber shall have a minimum free volume of 48 cubic feet. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to NSWC Crane 30 days after contract award. A fixed-price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). It is anticipated that a formal Request for Quote will be issued. In a SAP, this procurement is exclusively reserved for Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6.
