They must have the opening for test tubes to be no less than 1-3/8' diameter and no more than 1-1/2" diameter -- 4 each Viewport: Lexan, 10"W X 11" H, Centered on door -- 4 each Exhaust Port: Stainless steel tube, 1.9" OD X 3" high, located on top of oven for hose connection to customer exhaust -- 4 each Explosion proof blower motor -- 4 each Explosion relief port, located on top of oven -- 4 each Series XT-16 single zone heat-cool temperature control system -- 4 each Independent over-temperature control system -- 4 each Motor Freight, Insurance, Crating and Packing This is a sole-source to Applied Test Systems, Inc., 348 New Castle Road, P.O. 1529, Butler, Pa. 16003 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. These ovens are linked in series to a computer data logger which records the time/temperature data according to the specifications for the explosive Reliability Program.The Hazard Analysis for this test was performed based on the use of the Series 3710 in order to maintain the compatability of the newer components of the Surveillance Oven System and assimilate the new equipment into the DDESB Explosive Safety Board requirements, these EXACT ovens must be used. Any other ovens will impact testing and severly impact the mission. See Numbered Note(s) 22. (0183)
