Contractor is required to collect, package, transport and dispose of Hazardous Waste in accordance with all pertinent State and Federal Regulations. Contractor is required to furnish a Certificate of Waste Disposition to the VA no later than 90 days after disposal. Collection of waste to be scheduled once per quarter beginning in October followed by pick-up in January, April, and July. Period of performance for base period is 10/01/97 through 09/30/98 with one option period 10/01/98 through 09/30/99.
