Contractor to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Recreation Support. Contract shall perform the following: 1) develop a annual marketing and publicity plan for selected programs to include presentation at various outreach sources, 2) Youth Center -- plan a monthly social activities calender to include an educational activity, two physical activities and orientation meeting for new kids on base and weekly club times for Kids in the Kitch and Kids Kraft Club, 3) Youth Sports Program -- wide array of organized sports 4) Outdoor Recreation -- Operate invitational ski meet for all active duty, reservists and retired armed forces -- six day sin duration -- publize, operate and oversee all phases, rental of various types of outdoor equipment (ie.e boats, trailers, tents, snow/water equipment, golf clubs etc), 5) Outdoor Adventure Program -- provide 28 trips, and meals 6) Special Events -- Snowmobile trips, ski trips, Carter Creek recreaion area and Fam Camp 7) Skills Development -- grounds and facility maintenance 8) Engraving Shop -- Receiving orders, provide necessary materials, production and accounts, 9) Frame Shop -- Instructional program, do-ti-yourself-program, custom framing 10) Wood Shop -- customer training and safety, technical guidance, resale operation 11) Sales Sotre -- case collection, telephone and resale operation 12) Automotive -- Resale operation, case collection, services, do-it-yourself operation, auto mart, vehicle maintenance and 13) Classes, contests and special events -- instructional leisure and fine art classes, photography and AF artist-craftsman contest and one special event annually.
