Contract Service is defined as counseling provided by Social Workers, Psychologists, or other counselors, individually or in groups, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment from Military duty, during the Vietnam Era, Persian Gulf, etc., to civilian life.
