This procurement shall be processed using the simplified acquisition prodecures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to refine the electronic benefit transfer (EBT), cost model previously developed for the Agency and of using the model to conduct additional EBT cost analyses. Award of this procurement is subject to the receipt of USDA departmental clearance and approval for Advisory and Assistance Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
