DELIVERY DATE: 3 YR IDIQ CONTRACT QUANTITY 1232 EA. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall clean buildings/areas including the equipment rooms, so that they are free of all litter, dust, soil, rodent droppings, carcasses, nests, and any other debris related to rodents. This will include inside and outside of winch housings. The contractor shall also provide rodent control measures to control future rodent infestation. The facilites are located at Hill AFB, Utah test and Training Range, and Little Mountain Facility. A DD Form 254 is included and security clearances will be required. This is a Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract established for a period of three years. The quantity specified is the governments best estimate for the three year period. there is no guarantee this quantity will generate. The GUARANTEED quantity will be awarded with the basic contract and consists of cleaning each of the buildings/area the first time. (154 buildings). (SIC)7342 3.5M. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
