Contractor shall rent to the Government the following heavy duty equipment: Two forklifts capable of lifting 5000 pounds; one backhoe with sixteen foot, one and one-half yard bucket in front and twenty-four inch standard trenching bucket in the rear; three dump trucks capable of hauling a minimum of a six cubic yard load; one excavator with a minimum operating width of nine feet nine inches and a standard bucket with a claw attachment; and one compactor, single drum, vibrating, articulating, and self-propelled. Contractor shall provide all required maintenance, service, tools, equipment, materials, and labor to repair or replace rental vehicles or equipment within a 24-hour time frame. Solicitation is estimated to be released 10 Jul 97. Proposals are due 12 Aug 97.
