Technical submittals will require evidence of (1) Experience; (2) Management Plan; (3) Financial Capability; and (4) Organization. Plans will be available July 7, 1997. Offers due August 14, 1997. Performance time is 270 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range is between $3,000,000 and $3,500,000. A formal Preproposal Conference is scheduled for Friday, July 25, 1997, 9:30 a.m., at Holiday Inn, 7838 South Highway 281 (intersection of I-80 and Highway 281), Grand Island, Nebraska.
