Guerry, Contract Specialist, (803) 764-7400. The work includes, but is
not limited to, flashing replacement at breezeway roofs and
installation of deck coatings ~at second floor patio decks for FY-75
housing units. The work at the breezeway roofs involves asphalt shingle
removal, cutting out existing stucco on walls, installing step flashing
and counter-flashing at the juncture of shingle roofs, shingle roof
replacement, patching & painting the wall and incidental related work.
The work at the patio decks involves selective demolition, new fascia,
application of an elastomeric waterproofing deck coating, painting
metal handrails and newly exposed stucco and other incidental related
work. The requirement is estimated to be between $100,000.00 and
250,000.00. The small business size standard applicable to this
contract is 1522 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
Contract duration period is approximately 180 calendar days. This is an
unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible
sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Solicitation
