Provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment required to improve five (5) passenger elevators at the VA Western New York Healthcare System, Buffalo, NY as required by the plans and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to: upgrade controls (including "ADA" compliance) and operations, minor asbestos removal, minor demolition, electrical, ventilation, and restoration. Work will be phased (one elevator at any one time). The bid package will be issued 07/22/97 and the Bid Opening is scheduled for 08/22/97 at 12:00p.m. in Room 67C (Basement). A prebid conference is scheduled for 08/01/97 at 9:00a.m. in Room 104A.
