Provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment required to renovate the SICU at the VA Western New York Healthcare System, Buffalo, NY as required by the plans and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to: minor demolition, minor asbestos removal, general construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical piping systems, electronics (CCTV, monitors, Code Blue), fire protection, and case work. All work shall be accomplished in two phases, with first phase completed prior to starting second phase. The bid package will be issued 07/17/97 and the Bid Opening is scheduled for 08/19/97 at 12:00p.m. in Room 67C (Basement). A prebid conference is scheduled for 07/25/97 at 9:00a.m. in Room 104A.
