Furnish all labor, equipment, and material necessary for the roof replacement of building 4484, with a modified Bitumin Roofing System, and the roof replacement of building 7437, with a standing Seam Metal Roof System, at Redstone Arsenal, AL. (IFB) DAAH03-97-B-0014 will issued on or about August 4, 1997 and will open on or about September 4, 1997. Completion time is 200 calendar days for building 4484 and 132 days for building 7437. This will be an unrestricted procurement under the DIGS Program, and is subject to the availability of funds. Cost range for each of the two roof replacements is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00, totalling $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Two separate awards may result from this solicitation. A limited number of sets will be available.
