Z -- FURNITURE AND INSTALL LAB FURNITURE SOL F41622-97-RA179 POC Bill Lucas, Contract Specialist, (210) 536-6222 Brooks AFB Operational Contracting intends to negotiate with Max Grigsby Co Inc, 5805 Callaghan Rd, Ste 204, San Antonio TX 78228, on a sole source basis. Only one responsible source can meet the agency's requirement for the following: Modify, Design, Renovate, Install Fisher-Hamilton lab furniture to establish a new Molecular Biology Lab and testing center. These work surfaces can be easily cleaned, sealed to facilitate decontaminating the area and prevent the spread of RNA/DNA in the lab. All work must be accomplished in accordance with the SOW, Air Force Base Regulations, National Electrical Code, OSHA requirements, AFOSH Standards and AFR 88-15. Respondents to this proposal must submit a quote and literature no later than 15 days after publication of this notice. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Noaward will be made on the basis of quotes received in response to this synopsis. If quotes are solicited no additional synopsis will be published. No telephone requests will be accepted.
