Work to include removal and storage of three existing radiator units, associated piping and ethylene glycol coolant solution. The reinstallation of the radiators and piping will include new drain valves; installation of flexible coupling to accommodate any future settlement; cleaning; priming and painting of valves, pipes and radiator support frames; new disconnect switches; and electrical wiring. The period of perfomance will be 60 calendar days. This action is considered full and open competition. Magnitude for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. SIC code 1771 applies.
