Catoctin Mountain Park intends to use "Simplified Acquisition" procedures to award a contract for the historic restoration of a Barn located on the Best Farm at Monocacy National Battlefield, Frederick, MD. Invitation for bid number IFP3200-7-0001, SIC Code 1542. Work will consist of providing all materials and labor, tools, equipment and skilled supervision necessary to rehabilitate the barn. Due to the historic significance of the barn, contractors submitting a bid must have prior restoration experience and must submit references for past projects involving historic restoration.
