Work includes, but is not limited to, renovating the interior of the facility and repairing the roof. Major items are: rebuild bunk area; repair dining area; rebuild alarm room; relocate weight room; relocate training room; and to replace the existing roof with a new one. The SIC Code is 1542. Magnitude of construction is $500,000 to $1M. Project performance period is 180 calendar days. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 31 Jul 97.
