This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted with the Evaluation Preference included for Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Time of completion will be 180 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be available on 22 July 1997. The Bid Opening will be on 21 Aug 97.
