Work to be performed includes but is not limited to the following: Install of new wet pipe sprinkler system, removal of existing vehicular exhaust system, installation of new vehicular exhaust system, removal of existing 400 amp safety switch panel and installation of new 400 amp power panel, installation of new 208 Vac power receptacles, removal of damaged portions of existing insulation vapor barrier and installation of new vapor barrier over entire ceiling area. Performance period is 180 days from receipt of notice to proceed. IFB will be issued on or about 21 Jul 97. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted. Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 1541.
