Potential Sources Sought. This is not a request for proposal but is for
information only. Contractor Requirements for Signal Data Converter
(SDC) LRU P/N 13219765-02. The United States Air Force and the Oklahoma
City Air Logistics Center at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, have a requirement
for contractor support in manufacturing, qualifying, and repairing the
Signal Data Converter (SDC) for the B-52 Weapon System. Technical
Description Signal Data Converter LRU P/N 13219765-02 Stock Class:
1280. The SDC LRU performs the functions of the Servo Control Unit
(SCU), Symbol Signal Generator (SSG), and Video Distribution Unit
(VDU). It mounts in the present SCU position. It is conduction cooled
using compact heat exchangers and requires 220 Watts of power. The
motherboard layout consists of 10 circuit card slots with 6 VME bussed
slots and 4 general purpose slots. It shall operate continuously at
temperatures from -55C to 55C, with intermittent operation for up to 30
minutes at 71C. Interested contractors should submit adequate

allow the government to determine their ability to participate.
Specifically, the contractor must be able to meet the following
requirements. The contractor shall have demonstrated the ability to: 1.
Manufacture complex electronic devices from government furnished
drawings. 2. Perform qualification testing to include thermal, pressure
altitude, humidity, vibration, shock and explosive conditions. 3.
Fabricate complex wiring harness from government furnished drawings and
commit to long term depot level repair support. 4. Possess the ability
to support the security requirements of the contract. 5. Maintain
accountability of Government equipment assigned to the contract and
take action to receive, repair and ship equipment as required. 6. ISO
