The solicitation will include buyback options in which the vendor will reimburse the Humboldt-Toiyabe N.F. to buy back the backhoe(s)/loader(s) at the end of periods from 1-3 years. The Forest Service will pay the full price for the units and own the units until the end of the buyback contract. The equipment will carry the manufacturer's standard warranty from defective parts and workmanship for the first year, or 1200 hours, whichever is first, plus an optional warranty every year after.
