US Army CECOM Acquisition Center intends to acquire a quantity of 86 each horizontal design air conditioners with a 100 % option and a quantity of 101 each vertical design air conditioners, with a 100 % option. The 9K Multiple Power Input (MPI) horizontal and vertical air conditioners shall be capable of operation from the following power supplies; 115 volts(v), 1 phase, 50/60 Hz; 208 V, 3 phase 50/60 Hz;. 230 V, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz. The Government intends to solicit and award under Best Value criteria. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation DAAB07-97-R-E603 will be released under the CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from Government to Industry. All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system. A user's identification code and password will be issued upon request along with instructions for downloading the EBB User's Manual.
