fabrication of a low noise amplifier to be manufactured in accordance
with Naval Air Systems Command drawing and specifications number
172AS507. An indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity with a two year
ordering period is being utilized. The minimum is 4 each and the
maximum is 10 each. The minimum quantity will be purchased at time of
award. Pricing is requested for a 2 year ordering period for the
additional units up to the maximum quantities. Different prices for the
out-years is acceptable. Pricing to allow for economic price breaks for
additional purchase quantities, beyond the minimum is requested. A firm
fixed purchase order will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition
Procedures and is reserved for Small Business. First Article testing
may be required if supplies similar or identical to those called for
have not been previously delivered by the offeror and accepted by the
Government. The applicable SIC Code is 3663 and the size standard is
500 employees or less. Delivery for the first 4 each will be 120 days
after contract award. Delivery is required F.O.B NSWC, Crane, IN. FAR
Part 12 procedures will not apply. All responsible sources may submit
a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for the
