CLIN #1, Nine each SIRUS Narcotics and Explosives Detection Systems manufactured by CPAD Technologies Inc., 66 Slater Street, Ottawa Ontario Canada K1P5H1. Each self-contained unit uses a gas chromatography/Ion mobility spectography system to detect the presence of explosive and drug compounds. System analyzesair samples, processes information and displays results of analysis on an analog screen. CLIN #2, nine each Remote Sensing Units. CLIN #3, nine each Training and Set Up at each location for three days, plus travel and per diem at Osan AB Korea; Fujairah, United Arab Emerits; Yokota AB Japan; Howard AB Panama; Prince Sultan AB Saudi Arabia; Ramstein AB Germany; Rhein Main AB Germany; Incirlik AB Turkey; and Aviano AB Italy. CLIN #4, nine each Transportation for seven units to be shipped to a specified POC at Dover AFB DE and two units to be shipped to a specified POC at Travis AFB CA.
