The caps shall be threaded, with PS-22 innerseal and P/RVTLF liner. Instructions for the removal of the cap shall be indicated on the top and may be printed in red. The closures shall meet all requirements set forth in FDA CFR 177, and all applicable requirements of the USP. The estimated annual requirement is 6,019,320 total caps. A requirements type contract will be awarded for a twelve month period with provision for two option years. This soliciation will be issued on or before July 18, 1997.
