This requirement is for services of a motion picture production company to write and produce a 20 minute program about Childhood Disability Under Social Security. The contractor shall be responsible for writing, casting, producing, direction, editing and duplicating the videotape. SSA project officer will have final approval of the script, all on-camera talent, extras,locations, graphics, title, music and voice over talent. The contractor will also be responsible for suppling SSA with 300 VHS copies of the program.
