EPA estimates that FOXPRO analysis/programming and data screening/entry services will be needed for this requirement. The overall period of performance will be approximately 12 months. The EF Database is managed by OMS Assessment and Modeling Division (AMD), located at the National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The contractor on this project will work primarily with AMD's Data Acquisition Management Team to make field- and domain-level changes to multiple tables in the current database; to update documentation; and to manually verify and enter corrected data to the extent the process is not automated.
