The solicitation will be available on 071497. The Federal Election Commission will solicit proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified organizations to award a contract for a case management software application. A firm fixed price contract will be used. The Federal Election Commission (FEC) will implement the case management product within the Office of General Counsel for use within the areas of enforcement and litigation. The contract will include software purchase, software installation, software customization, implementation of the product, conversion services for the migration of legacy information from current databases, training and support. The FEC reserves the right to order from the GSA schedule or existing contracts if the existing contract meets or exceeds the stated requirements, including terms and conditions.
