The work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, material, equipment, testing and transportation to perform daily operations and routine maintenance inspections of the wastewater treatment plant and sewage lift station at the Wateree Recreation Facility located in the county of Kershaw, SC. All operations will be in accordance with the South Carolina Department of Health and Enviormental Control (DEHEC) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the plant's Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual. The estimated period of performance will be 01 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98 and four option years.
