The Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Norfolk, Virginia requires Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair Services. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain and repair the heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, and systems at the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Norfolk, Virginia. This includes seasonal start-up and shut-down, cleaning, maintenance, preventive maintenance, periodic operational checks, diagnosis and repair of systems as specified. The contractor will ensure that the systems covered by this specification perform to manufacturer's specifications, with allowance made for normal wear and tear and will continue to operate in an efficient and economical manner. This is a Combination Firm Fixed Price Lump Sum and Indefinite Quantity type procurement for a base period of up to twelve (12) months with options to extend the services up to an additional four (4) years. Total duration not to exceed sixty (60) months. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The small business size standard is 5,000,000.
