The requirement is to to provide engineering and technical support services for systems and subsystems related to the AN/ALQ-126B, AN/ALQ-156, and AN/ALQ-164 Deceptive Electronic Counter Measures (DECM) systems, and the AN/USM-406C, AN/USM-638 and AN/USM-639 Test Sets. All of the above mentioned systems and test sets equipment specifications are proprietary to Lockheed Sanders/Martin-Marietta and unavailable to other contractors. Therefore, the Government is proposing to solicit this BOA on a sole source basis. See Note 22. (0184)
