The work includes all work necessary to demolish and properly dispose of approximately 67 structures and their utilities throughout the base. The project also includes the removal of asbestos from certain structures prior to demolition and the removal of lead-contaminated paint. The proposed contract is unrestricted and is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Demonstration Competitiveness Program.
