In general, the work will consist of, but will not be limited to constructing a 12' X 12' addition to Building 8861 to house an existing pneumatic tank, chemical feeder and an existing hot water heater to be relocated from the building proper. The work under this contract includes masonry walls, concrete slab, steel joists, metal roof deck, single ply roof as specified and as indicated in the drawings. Relocation of existing equipment shall also be included in this contract. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials and equipment, complete, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
