Z -- MODERNIZE INTENSIVE CARE UNIT, BUILDING 203, SFVAMC SOL IFB 662-78-97 DUE 082697 POC Daryl L. Hanson, (415) 750-2172 Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to prepare site for the renovation of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located on the third floor of building 203 for construction operation. Work shall include but is not limited to demolition and removal of existing partitions, casework, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, electrical receptacles, telephone and computer jacks, conduit, construct and install new plumbing fixtures and piping, electrical receptacles, telephone and computer jacks, conduit, conductors, new casework, cabinetry and counters with include corian tops, repair adjacent area caused by new construction, paint all new work areas as well as the existing walls in the ICU area in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. All work shall be pperformed at the DVA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco. Construction cost estimate is $100,000 to $250,000. The solicitation shall be issued on or about July 23, 1997. A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled for August 7, 1997 @9:00am local time. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted. All requests foor solicitation packages (one each per contractor) must be made in writing and include a non-refundable check or money order in the amount of $25.00.
