The work for subject project is to repair the bathrooms in occupied military family housing units. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: removal of all fixtures, wall tile, and suspect non-friable asbestos floor coverings; replacement of deteriorated subflooring, splicing of deteriorated structural members; replacement of wall and ceiling with new gypsum board; painting walls and ceiling; replacement of water lines and drain piping; and installation of new sheet vinyl flooring, exhaust fan with integral light, toilet, premolded shower/tub unit, premolded shower unit, vanity, medicine cabinet, light bar, and faucets. Magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is being funded as a lump sum bid. The performance period is 360 calendar days from notice-to-proceed. SIC for this project is 1521.
