Specialist, (401)736-1762 Contractor shall provide all labor,
materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the
renovation of family housing kitchens, electrical service upgrades and
incidental related work at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Bourne, MA
(Barnstable County). There are nine buildings each consisting of 4
3-bedroom units for a total of 36 units. There are five additive bid
items for a total of 5 additional buildings each consisting of 4
3-bedroom units for a total of 20 units. There is one optional bid item
to provide and install solid polymer fabricated countertops in lieu of
conventional counters. Estimated cost of this project is between
$250,000 and $500,000. SIC code is 1521. Performance time is 365

(DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU)
has programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business
enterprises to acquire short-term working capital and bonding
assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to
any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding
Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment and
performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an
80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are
available under the DOT Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The max. line
