Martinez or Procurement Tech, Kelly Koeppe at (505) 761-4650 This project consists of reconstructing an existing campground including: clearing and grubbing; demolition; construction and reconstruction of raods, picnic and camping spurs; placement of aggregate; pavement markings on existing asphalt; the construction of two pre-fabricated shower/toilet buildings; constructing two subsurface absorption beds; installation of septic tanks sewer lines; electrical work for providing power to the shower/toilet buildings, and RV pedestals; providing and installing new waterlines and hydrants; concrete on base course; group and single grills and firerings; signs and traffic control bariers; and other minor items of work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and requirements of the contract. Additive items include: 1) Additional electrical work to four RV pedestals, and two toilet buildings, and 2) Construction of a RV dump station and holding tank, as well as minor items of work. Project is located on the Cibola National Forest on the Black Kettle National Grasslands. Price Range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
