Bell, 770/919-5115 Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia is soliciting for the acquisition and installation of the following audiovisual equipment to be delivered and installed in three (3) separate classrooms of the Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC) Professional Devlopment Center (PDC) Building located on Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, Georgia. This equipment consists of the following items in the quantities listed: 3 Each -- Commercially available integrated Smart Electronic Presentation Lecterns (SEPL); 3 Each -- Lens Graphic Projector Systems with ceiling mount and added input for computer, video, and svhs; 3 Each -- 84" x 84" ceiling mounted motorized projection screens with single station control and IR remote control; 18 Each -- ceiling mountable speakers; and all installation to include integration, mounting projector, mounting screen, added structure to support mount, connection, cabling and wall plate. All equipment shall be furnished with the appropriate Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) hardware and software to ensure complete integration. In addition the Contractor shall provide at least 4 hours of training and one year on-site warranty for the projectors and Smart Lecterns.
