Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with interested sources who can provide and deliver Bottled Drinking Water, within 48 hours upon the receipt of a call, during emergency situations. Primary delivery shall be in the state of Georgia, but delivery could also be required in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, and Southern Virginia. Sources shall possess all required Federal, state and local permits, licenses and approvals associated with production, distribution and transportation of Bottled Drinking Water.
