e-mail, byoung@pn.usbr.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee
Power Office, Grand Coulee Washington, has a requirement for medical
services for the employees of the Power Office. The services are to
include emergency treatment of on-the-job injuries for a maximum of 2
visits per occurrence; limited treatment for non-job related injuries
or illness with a limit of 1 visit per occurrence; and referrals to
physicians. Emergency treatment to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week with a Health Care Unit to be available from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30
a.m. Monday to Friday each week. Immunizations for common
diseases,influenza and tetanus will be available to all employees. Some
physician ordered services will be administered: allergy shots,
vitamins, etc. The facility must be located within 15 minutes travel
time from the Power Office. The Government intends to negotiate on a
sole source basis with Coulee Community Hospital, Grand Coulee,
Washington in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. If you submit a proposal in
response to this noticeyou must demonstrate your capability to perform
the services requested at a fair and reasonable price. The period of
performance shall be one year beginning approximately October 1, 1997
through September 30, 1998, with four options years to renew. See
