The base period of the contract will be October 1, 1997 through March 31, 1998 with nine 6 month renewal options available to the Government. The contractor will be required to conduct two clinics per week lasting in 4 hour duration periods or until all consultants have been seen that are scheduled for that particular day. The two clinics will be conducted on two separate days per week, Monday through Friday and can be negotiated between the contractor and the Contracting Officer. Neurosurgical services may be required on federal holidays. Contractor personnel must be board certified neurosurgeons. Payment will be made to the successful offeror on a monthly basis in arrears.
