The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting for Dental Hygienist services for the Federal Correctional Institution, 15801 S.W. 137th Ave., Miami, Florida. The work schedule will consist of four (4) sessions per week, each session will last seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours, not to exceed thirty (30) hours per week. All sessions will be conducted from Tuesday thru Friday. The contractor will be responsible for performing the following: extensive prophylactic procedures and therapeutic procedures. The contractor will also maintain all written and/or dictated reports on all patients referred for evaluation. The anticipated period of performance will be as follows: one base year to begin upon date of award through 12 months with four subsequent one year option periods.
